Corporate Overview

Founded in 1991, Ornelas Enterprises, Inc. is a company focused on the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry. OEI provides local, and international customers with low to medium volume assemblies. An entirely family run business, we pride ourselves with our quality programs, on-time solutions, cost competitive structures, and high-level customer service. Numerous awards attest these traits, as received from the community and our customers.

OEI is a full service company, from inception/prototyping to the end cycle of any project. We provide manufacturing services in the PCB arena (THP and SMT, repair, and modifications), mechanical assemblies, which includes cable and cable harness, packaging, and sorting. Combining both departments, OEI will provide complete box build, or complete instrument assembly. In addition, we have access to machine shops, sheet metal fabricators, plastic molding houses, conformal coating and pad printing, to further enhance your needs.

Fulfilling our ISO 9001:2008 and UL certifications requirements is our test department. Using CheckSum bed-of-nails test equipment, Hi-Pot Test, functional testing equipment, as well as oscilloscopes, burn-in oven, and various other types of equipment, our product to our customers is of the highest quality.

Community Involvement

OEI participates in many community projects, some of which include:

• Oregon Public Broadcast (OPB)
• The Washington County Domestic Violence Resource Shelter/Center
• Special disadvantage
• The Oregon Humane Society
• Joy Fund: set up to assist students with financial disadvantages at local high schools.

OEI employees are encouraged to donate 5% of their work labor, company paid, each week (up to 2 hours) to community projects of their choice.
